Paddling in Wind and Waves Online Course
Develop you boat handling in windy and choppy conditions
Paddling a sea kayak out in wind can be a massive challenge. The long sea kayak is affected by the wind when you are out on a journey making it a challenge to turn or go the direction you want to paddle. In this course we go through the physics involved in paddling forwards, being static and paddling backwards to develop your knowledge and understanding. We then use this physics to our advantage when going through the techniques to turn out in the wind. The lessons were a real challenge to film out in the wind. We had to find windy conditions with good light to demonstrate the forces involved clearly from different angles.

Great videos that really shows all the aspects of different strokes and skills. would recommend it for both novice kayakers as well as experienced paddlers. Lots of useful tips for me as a coach too.

This course is brilliant - very well put together with high definition footage and easy to understand descriptions of techniques. I have used much of the course material on the water and in theory and it is faultless. I just keep going over and over and it never gets old. Great job guys - I thoroughly recommend to beginner, intermediate and enthusiasts alike - great stuff
