As our skills and experience in sea kayaking grow we may, at some point, find ourselves responsible for other paddlers on the water. Our leadership course breaks down all the skills we need to safely look after groups afloat. Maybe you are leading at your local kayak club, perhaps you take less experienced friends out or maybe you are working as a commercial guide or instructor.
In this series of lessons we look at some of the fundamentals of good leadership before moving on to applying these skills to ocean environments. With well filmed and detailed examples we go through real time leadership situations and decision making.
